Physical description
1 volume 180 ll. (last 2 bl.). folio. 39 x 28 cm. Collation: 1-4 (10), 5 (12), 6-11 (10), 12 (12) wants 7 after f. 118, scribe has marked column 1 of f. 119 'vacat', 13-17 (10) wants 8 at end. Modern half stamped calf binding over wooden boards. First leaf damaged and repaired, margins of the next three leaves defective, other corners and margins frayed, a few damp stains and some worm-holes. Second folio 'donec cum'.
