Description

The woman seems to be a caricature of the same man as is shown in another drawing by Racey (Wellcome Library no. 571992i). The German fleets which she is sweeping away are "German merchant marine", "German colliers", "German Atlantic fleet", and "German Pacific fleet and mine layers"
