Description

Four men gathered around a table, an old man in a cloak and a man with a document standing, the other two playing a game of draughts. The impression catalogued bears on its mount names for two of the sitters: Dr Garth (Sir Samuel Garth) as the man in a full wig on the left, and Alexander Pope as the man seated on the far side of the table
