Lettering

Mrs. N... and her pet l... Lettering means "Mrs. Norton and her pet lamb". Speech bubbles within the print. The ram (George Chappele Norton) says "Gad, this makes me begin to look very sheepish". Caroline Norton says "Well I shall leave the old goat to take care of our poor little lambs."
